Mesa Riverview Mall is an open-air shopping center, with retail stores, theaters, shops and restaurants, including Famous Dave's known for its Pit BBQ ribs, chicken & sandwiches.. You will also find a 24 Hour Fitness, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Great Clips & WalMart, too! There's something for everyone!
Sculptures in Downtown Mesa. You will currently find 38 sculpted pieces, most displayed downtown. Enjoy a fun walking tour (self-guided), any time of day or night, and view these beautiful sculptures. You will also find unique shops, great restaurants, the Mesa Arts Center, Arizona Museum of Natural History, Arizona Museum of Youth and much more, all in a square mile!
Mekong Plaza. You will find a great supermarket, good Asian Restaurants and shops selling clothing, all in this Southwest Arizona 100,000 sq ft climate-controlled indoor marketplace. This beautiful property is where the treasures and cultures of southeast Asia meet the desert of Arizona!
Mesa Arizona Mormon Temple. This site was dedicated on Nov., 1921 and was rededicated in April 1975. The site encompasses 20 acres and is located just east of the original Mesa townsite, and anchors the Mesa Arizona Temple to the historic district, which has retained its residential character. The Easter season brings thousands of guests to the temple grounds every year to watch Jesus the Christ, the largest annual outdoor easter pageant in the world.
ASU Gammage Auditorium. Located on the campus of Arizona State University, in Tempe, , ASU Gammage is among the largest university-based presenters of performing arts in the world. ASU Gammage is an historic hall designed by internationally renowned architect, Frank Lloyd Wright. Frank Lloyd Wright's final design for an opera house most likely would not be still standing today if it was built in its originally proposed location - Baghdad, Iraq. Instead, it was built on the ASU Campus.
